Job Summary
At CNIM Singapore, you will manage daily HR operations, oversee office administration, and provide executive support to senior management, ensuring smooth organizational processes and compliance within the lift and escalator industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, leave and claims administration, and MOM work pass processing to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Administer statutory payroll filings such as CPF, IRAS, and NS accurately and timely
- Draft, update, and implement company HR policies and guidelines to maintain regulatory compliance and support organizational standards
- Oversee daily office operations and coordinate facility management activities
- Manage travel arrangements and expense claims to support business activities efficiently
- Provide direct secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management, including calendar management, corporate correspondence, and meeting/event logistics
- Admin support for company projects in project costing and PR
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive management matters
- Utilize Microsoft Office and HR payroll software to streamline HR and administrative workflow
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in HR and office administration within Singapore
- Good knowledge of MOM Employment Act, CPF, IRAS regulations, and Work Pass processes
