Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding.
  • Support in recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, liaise with MOM, and coordinate dormitory arrangements.
  • Manage employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
  • Maintain employees attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with company policies and payroll requirements.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary actions and counselling sessions in accordance with company direction and government regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes to support business and career growth.
  • Organise company events and employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and regulation by proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
  • Support HR digitalization initiatives to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Perform any other HR & administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experiences is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office familiarity with Info-Tech is an advantage.
  • Meticulous, high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • 5 day working week.
  • Working Location: Tuas area
