Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, pantry replenishment, and general office administration.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes (orientation, documentation, exit clearance, handover).
  • Maintain accurate employee records, fingerprint registration, leave tracking, benefits administration, and timesheets).
  • Handle work pass applications, issuance, renewal and cancellation (including MOM submissions, foreign worker bonds, PCP matters, etc.)
  • Support annual performance review exercise
  • Assist full-cycle recruitment process (job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and preparation of employment contracts).
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documentation (confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus letters, etc.)
  • Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant admin experience.
  • Good communication and interactive skills.
  • Responsible, meticulous and thorough.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office 365 (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook).
