Job Description

- Responsible for handling a full-spectrum of HR & Admin functions.

- Prepare and conduct New Employee Orientation Program to all new employees.

- Coordination of various courses/training programmers for employees, submission of training applications, grant applications and follow-up on outcome of applications.

- Maintain & update the Employees Training Record.

- Maintain and update personal files and leave records of all employees and ensure easy reference by HR and Admin department.

- Handle MOM surveys and government subsidies which include foreign worker levy waiver application and grant applications.

- Manage and co-ordinate new employee's orientation and onboarding process by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies and ease them into new working environment.

- Administer relevant documents pertaining to employees employment, resignation, termination, confirmation, contract renewal, appraisal and etc.

- Handles whole process of final settlement & exit-clearance of Indirect staffs.

- Involves in grievance and disciplinary issues

- Manage the staffing needs of the organization

- Liaise with relevant department for yearly training requirement

- Handle end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application etc.

- Prepare all HR documents, such as Employment Contracts, Onboarding Schedules, Confirmation Letters, etc.

- Processing and timely submission of all forms and claims from government.

- Handle monthly payroll administration / monthly preparation.

- Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.

- Ensure that newly hired employees are properly on-boarded to the company.

- Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.

- Assist in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees.

- Source and recommend training and professional development courses for the staff.

- Be the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
