Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure employee records are updated and maintained in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain HR and administrative documentation, ensuring proper filing and record management.
  • Administer site employees timesheets, overtime (OT), attendance, leave, and medical records.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Handle Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters, liaising with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, renewal letters, resignation acceptance letters, and other HR correspondence.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Coordinate employee training programmes and maintain training records to ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
  • Manage foreign workers dormitory arrangements, including check-in, check-out, accommodation matters, and liaison with dormitory operators.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, transport, and visa applications.
  • Assist in organizing company events, staff welfare initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Perform other HR, administrative, and ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.


Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Work Permit administration for foreign workers.
  • Experience managing foreign workers and dormitory matters.
  • Experience using HRIS and payroll systems (Infotec) is added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to join immediately.
