Job Summary
Manage comprehensive HR and office functions to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace while supporting employee lifecycle and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Enforce office policies and oversee facilities and housekeeping to maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, orientation, training, personnel records, and employee development to support the full employee lifecycle
- Administer payroll, attendance, leave, CPF submissions, and work pass applications/renewals ensuring compliance with MOM regulations
- Coordinate employee benefits, medical claims, insurance policies, travel arrangements, accommodation, and welfare for local and foreign employees
- Organize company events, training programs, annual dinners, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement
- Handle government-related matters including MOM surveys, grants, subsidies, and foreign worker levy applications to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage office administration by coordinating vendors, maintaining office equipment, providing IT support, and overseeing pantry supplies and facility maintenance
- Oversee dormitory and leasing management by ensuring regulatory compliance, controlling costs, and optimizing space utilization
- Maintain safety management systems and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory safety requirements
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other HR and operational duties as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- O-Level or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior HR experience or relevant internship/part-time work experience
- Experience with ISO audits and BizSAFE applications will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and perform well under tight deadlines
- Meticulous, organized, and strong follow-up skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally at all levels
- Willingness and ability to work in the Tuas area
