Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Support payroll coordination and HR compliance
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination
Administration:
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities
Handle general office administration and correspondence
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Support management with administrative tasks and reporting & ad-hoc tasks assigned by reporting manager.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruitment or generalist roles within Singapore.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
Skills: Interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Good Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attributes: A people person with a positive attitude, empathy, and strong organizational skills.
