Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

  • Support payroll coordination and HR compliance

  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures

  • Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities

  • Handle general office administration and correspondence

  • Maintain records, files, and documentation

  • Support management with administrative tasks and reporting & ad-hoc tasks assigned by reporting manager.

    Requirements

    Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruitment or generalist roles within Singapore.

    Knowledge: Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM guidelines.

    Skills: Interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).

    - Good Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Attributes: A people person with a positive attitude, empathy, and strong organizational skills.

    - Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

    - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
