Job Description:

  • Work Pass administration for work permit, S pass, Epass (Application, Renewal and Cancellation and purchasing security bond).
  • Updating salary, contacts details and new passport number to MOM (OFWAS).
  • Preparation for employment contract
  • Personal file creation and update in Synergix system and maintain employee records.
  • Monitor and regularly filing of worker's personnel files.
  • PCP registration for new workers
  • Personal file creation and update Synergix system and maintain employee records.
  • Coordinate to arrange Dormitory arrangement for new worker
  • Enrolling workers for mandatory courses such as CSOC , AWSHPP etc.
  • Responsible for full Worker payroll processing.
  • Timesheet updating in the system.
  • Worker's leave updating in the system

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma/ A Level/ in HR related field with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Must be able to communicate in both Chinese and English.
  • Prefer short notice or immediate available
  • Good interpersonal, meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment.
  • Knowing Synergix ERP software will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently.
