Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide support for daily administrative tasks, including preparing documents for interviews, scanning, filing, and related duties.

  2. Maintain employee leave and attendance records accurately.

  3. Record and monitor employees medical claims and related documentation.

  4. Prepare and update employees personal records in the HR/InfoTech system to ensure accuracy.

  5. Draft employee letters and correspondence as required.

  6. Manage procurement of office supplies and stationery.

  7. Prepare access cards for new employees.

  8. Liaise with external vendors to resolve system or IT-related issues.

  9. Assist in organising company welfare programs, employee engagement activities, and other corporate events.

  10. Perform other ad-hoc administrative or HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • ITE Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or a related field.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and numerically accurate.

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR or administrative support roles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
