Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Ensure that daily clock in/out is smooth for ALL outlets.
2. Ensure that all employees are registered in the biometric system.
3. Monthly attendance to export in Excel. Familiar with Info-tech.
4. Receive the leave forms from employees and update in Info-tech. Scan & file.
5. Manage the balance of leave every last week of the month for all outlets before distributing to the HODs/Managers.
6. Daily check Job portals, retrieve resumes, shortlist base on the candidate experience & arrange interviews.
7. Compile duty rosters/schedules and manage staff punctuality.
8. Manage stationaries.
9. Daily Ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager & Management.
10. General filing.
11. Orientation for Staffs
12. Update the staffs master, contacts, address and emergency contacts lists.
13. Collation and upkeep of all HR related documents.
14. Update the company organisation chart.
15. Adhoc duties as and when required.
