Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Client Success Manager with architecture/construction experience to connect technical solutions with client needs, ensuring project success and high client retention through effective communication and operational management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for developers, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations in English and Mandarin to diverse stakeholders to showcase technical solutions
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and service issues by coordinating with sales, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely resolution
- Track and maintain project data, payments, and administrative workflows using MS Excel to uphold operational accountability
- Engage proactively with clients to drive retention by understanding and applying Singapore's construction regulations in service delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and contractors
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, to manage project data and presentations
- Minimum Nitec in Architecture Technology or a Diploma in Business/Building-related fields as educational background
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Sales Support, or Service Operations within the construction or related industries (2-3 years preferred)
- Familiarity with architectural drawings or Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support technical discussions
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume customer interactions and apply empathy in service recovery
- Experience in emceeing or public speaking to enhance stakeholder engagement
