Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work passes application, cancellation, renewing and updating (All passes)
  • Handle Insurance renewal and new applications.
  • Recruitment - Job Posting
  • Monthly updating of telephone list
  • Updating of foreign worker address
  • Handle stationery and refreshment
  • WICA Submission and follow up documents
  • Filing
  • Any other HR Admin related matters.

Requirements:-

  • Min GCE O level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study
  • Proficient in Ms Office Application
  • Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
  • Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
  • Meticulous and well organized
  • Positive attitude, responsible and a team player
  • Salary: Subject to experience & qualifications
