HR & Admin Assistant Manager

Our client is a Singaporeheadquartered regional organisation operating within the trading and distribution space, with a growing footprint across Asia and selected international markets. Established in recent years and backed by a strong leadership team, the business operates with a lean, closeknit structure and places emphasis on agility, trust, and accountability.
The company is entering a steady growth phase and is looking to strengthen its Singaporebased operations with handson HR and Administration professional who can comfortably operate in a smallteam environment.
Your new role
This is a standalone HR & Admin role combining human resources, office administration, and executive support responsibilities. Reporting directly to a senior manager, you will work closely with leadership and be trusted to manage priorities independently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Endtoend HR administration, including employee documentation, onboarding/offboarding, HR records, and coordination with overseas offices and vendors.
- Payroll processing for a small headcount using an established payroll system, CPF, IRAS, and payroll reporting
- Support compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee insurance administration
- Act as a point of contact for HR and people matters across Singapore and regional offices
- Handle light office administration, such as pantry restocking and stationery ordering (low frequency).
- Provide basic personal and secretarial support to the Managing Director, including meeting scheduling and travel coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers where required
- Assist with adhoc assignments as the business grows
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and close collaboration with leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a small or lean organisational setup, covering HR and administration endtoend
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor with minimal supervision
- Payroll experience is required; prior exposure to Infotech is a strong advantage.
- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise independently
- Discreet, reliable, and comfortable providing basic executive support
