Description
Provides administrative and operational support to the Learning & Development team to ensure smooth delivery of training programmes and compliance with company processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate training registration, schedules, invoicing and logistics
- Monitor and update automation records and training databases
- Maintain accurate records in the learning management system (LMS)
- Prepare training materials and consolidate post-training feedback
- Track training claims, support documentation, and ensure SOP compliance
- Assist with audits and internal reporting
Requirements
- Preferably Higher Secondary and above education / Office Skill Certificate or equivalent
- Computer literate in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
