Job Summary
The HR Admin Executive supports daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring accurate data management, proper documentation, and effective handling of the company's social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Record Management
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems and databases
- Maintain and update employee records (personal details, attendance, leave, etc.)
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
2. Documentation & Filing
- Organize and maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, contracts, and reports
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and easily accessible
- Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
3. Administrative Support
- Assist with general HR administrative duties
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Support scheduling of interviews and meetings
- Handle general office administrative tasks as assigned
4. Social Media Account Management
- Manage and update company social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Create and post content related to company hiring.
- Monitor engagement and respond to basic inquiries/messages
- Ensure consistent brand image and communication
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
