- To assist with recruitment, posting job vacancies, reviewing job applications, arranging interviews with suitable candidates and conducting candidate reference checks
- To support employee relations initiatives, assist with employee conflict resolution and daily communication between the HR department and the organisation's various teams
- To prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, HR policies and employee handbooks
- To handle onboarding for new employees, which may include their introduction to internal company processes
- To maintain employee records and ensure data is accurate and up to date
- To handle confidential employee and company information
- Responsible for work passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals
- To register workers for mandatory training courses (AWSHPP, PWCSO,WAH, etc.)
- To keep and update training records, ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements
- To maintain safe management measures for office and arrange accommodation for foreign workers
- To support in development and implementation of HR polices, plans, processes, programs, and projects
- To drive employee's engagement activities and not limited to company event and teambuilding activities
- Provide general HR administrative and operational support to the team
- Document preparation of ISO audit and other business certification renewal
- Assist in building maintenance and facilities management
- Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
. Fresh Graduates Welcome
. Diploma and above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
. Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
. Diligent, tactful and firm with high ethical standards
. Independent and fast worker.
