Job Description

Human Resource Support

  • Assist in recruitment coordination (posting jobs, arranging interviews).

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documents.

  • Maintain employee records (CPF, work passes, personal details).

  • Track staff attendance, leave, and probation status.

  • Assist with payroll preparation and salary administration.

Administrative Support

  • Handle general office administration and filing.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers and government portals.

  • Manage simple procurement and office supplies.

  • Support compliance with MOM requirements and internal HR policies.

Operations & Management Support

  • Assist management with reports, schedules and staff rosters.

  • Prepare basic HR reports and documentation when required.

  • Support other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Singaporean / PR only (quota).

  • Diploma or equivalent in HR, Business Administration or related fields.

  • 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.

  • Familiar with MOM guidelines, CPF, and basic payroll processes (training provided).

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets.

  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.

Working Hours

  • 5.5 days work week

  • 44 hours per week

  • Office hours with flexibility during peak periods
