Assist in recruitment coordination (posting jobs, arranging interviews).
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documents.
Maintain employee records (CPF, work passes, personal details).
Track staff attendance, leave, and probation status.
Assist with payroll preparation and salary administration.
Handle general office administration and filing.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers and government portals.
Manage simple procurement and office supplies.
Support compliance with MOM requirements and internal HR policies.
Assist management with reports, schedules and staff rosters.
Prepare basic HR reports and documentation when required.
Support other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Singaporean / PR only (quota).
Diploma or equivalent in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
1-2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
Familiar with MOM guidelines, CPF, and basic payroll processes (training provided).
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
5.5 days work week
44 hours per week
