Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, arranging interviews, and candidate coordination.
  • Prepare basic HR documents (offer letters, employee records, staff lists).
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
  • Support HR in leave tracking, attendance records, and staff administration.
  • Handle general office administration duties (filling, scanning, data entry).
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
  • Assist in coordination of office matters and basic vendor liaison.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR and/or admin working experience.
  • Willingness to learn and take instructions.
  • Good attitude, responsible, and organised.
  • Basic communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
