Job Description

PositionHR & Admin Assistant
Work Location: Central, Singapore
Working Days: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3500 (subject to experience)

Job Scope:

  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist in onboarding and prepare HR documents such as contracts and offer letters.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate with reporting managers through email and virtual meetings on HR matters.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support, including office admin tasks and ad-hoc duties.
