Job Responsibilities:
. Perform data entry for new employees and maintain accurate HR records
. Manage HR filing and documentation
. Process employee timesheets and update leave records
. Prepare and draft HR memos
. Assist in recruitment activities, including screening, shortlisting, and arranging interviews
. Assist in preparing quotations, Purchase Order and Provide general administrative support
. Perform other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
. Secondary school/ GCE O Level / Diploma qualification.
. A team player with a positive attitude and ability to work in a friendly environment.
. No prior experience required - training will be provided.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
. Able to start work immediately or at short notice (preferred)
