Job Description

  • Entry role into HR

  • Central Working Location - Close Proximity to MRT

  • Training Provided

As a HR & Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supporting documents verification in different stages of recruitment such as interview phase, post interview phase, onboarding phase.

  • Verification of timesheets on a monthly basis and keeping track of leave records for contractors payroll parked under company.

  • Assist in onboarding process administration documents and arrangements such as Pre-employment check up, pre-employment swab, uniform fittings, staff pass photos etc.

  • Perform data entry duties.

  • Posting of job advertisements.

  • Handling work pass applications (S Pass EP).

  • Assist in professional license application that includes collecting a list of documents required for different statutory bodies.

  • Maintaining and updating of reports.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field
