As a HR & Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Supporting documents verification in different stages of recruitment such as interview phase, post interview phase, onboarding phase.
Verification of timesheets on a monthly basis and keeping track of leave records for contractors payroll parked under company.
Assist in onboarding process administration documents and arrangements such as Pre-employment check up, pre-employment swab, uniform fittings, staff pass photos etc.
Perform data entry duties.
Posting of job advertisements.
Handling work pass applications (S Pass EP).
Assist in professional license application that includes collecting a list of documents required for different statutory bodies.
Maintaining and updating of reports.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in any field
