Job Description

  • General Administration
    • Manages day-to-day administrative operations including document handling, meeting coordination, office supplies, and vendor liaison.
  • HR Operations & Employee Records
    • Manages employee onboarding and offboarding, maintains accurate personnel files, and ensures HR databases are kept up to date.
  • Recruitment & Staffing Support
    • Manages job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation across various roles.
  • Compliance & MOM Submissions
    • Manages regulatory filings including MOM submissions, work pass applications, and ensures adherence to local employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Leave, Payroll & Benefits Coordination
    • Manages attendance tracking, leave administration, collation of payroll-related data, and coordination of staff benefits and claims.
  • Asset & Policy Management Oversees issuance and return of company equipment, maintains asset records, and ensures internal HR and admin policies are kept current and communicated clearly.
