What you'll be doing
- Manage full sets of accounts, including preparation and maintenance of accounting records and reports
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports
- Support audit processes by preparing audit schedules and liaising with auditors
- Administer monthly payroll for staff, including CPF submissions, tax filings, and insurance matters
- Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure financial stability
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and employment legislation
- Provide support on HR-related functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee records
- Undertake ad-hoc duties to support business operations as assigned
What we're looking for
- Diploma level in Accounting/ HR or related studies
- 2 - 5 years of similar working experience handling full sets accounts and payroll
- Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax, and HR regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
