Job Description

Assign daily duties and inspect work to ensure standards are met
Train new employees and conduct ongoing training
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
Ensure rooms and public areas meet the organization's cleanliness and hygiene standards
Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping
Order and restock supplies as necessary
Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment
Coordinate with front desk or management on room readiness and special requests
Enforce company policies and safety standards
mplement sanitation protocols, especially in healthcare or food service environments
Liaise with other departments such as Maintenance, Front Office, or Food & Beverage
Report repair needs or safety hazards
