As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations and leading a team of Room Attendants. You will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness standards, efficient scheduling, and consistent service quality across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Room Attendants to deliver high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Plan, manage, and adjust staff shifts according to operational needs and occupancy levels
- Conduct daily room inspections and quality checks to ensure Mama Shelter brand standards are met
- Organise and conduct training for Room Attendants, focusing on quality control, SOPs, and service standards
- Coach and motivate team members, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on rectifications with relevant departments
- Assist with inventory control and proper use of housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Step in to support operations during peak periods or when required by the Housekeeping Manager

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills
- Microsoft Word & Excel required
- Good organisational and time‑management abilities
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness and quality
- Ability to train, coach, and lead by example
- A hands‑on, proactive attitude with a team‑first mindset
- Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays
