Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction in accordance with hotel and Accor brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the Housekeeping team

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met

• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, inspected, and released on time

• Attend to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly

• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status and Engineering on maintenance issues

• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and Lost & Found procedures

• Conduct daily briefings, provide on-the-job training, and support the development of team members

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, hygiene standards, and Accor brand guidelines

• Promote teamwork, excellent guest service, and environmental sustainability initiatives

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or a related field is preferred

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experiencein Housekeeping within the hospitality industry

• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and guest service

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS is an advantage
