Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff on daily operations
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Assign duties and manage staff deployment efficiently
• Train new staff and provide on-the-job guidance
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on rectification
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to perform operational duties when required
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
