Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure hygiene and presentation meet Mama Shelter standards
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and back-of-house spaces to support guest satisfaction
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and safety
- Assist with laundry and linen management to maintain adequate supplies and quality
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed to enhance their experience
- Work independently and collaborate with team members to complete daily housekeeping tasks efficiently
- Adapt to shift schedules including weekends and holidays to support hotel operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
