You will oversee housekeeping operations across multiple properties, including hotels, co-living spaces & serviced apartments.
The role focuses on managing outsourced cleaning vendors, maintaining service standards & ensuring consistent cleanliness across the portfolio.
Permanent full-time role.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Oversee outsourced housekeeping vendors across multiple properties
- Set, implement & improve housekeeping SOPs & hygiene standards
- Conduct regular site inspections & quality audits
- Manage scheduling & manpower planning (approx. 10 cleaners)
- Act as main liaison between internal teams & cleaning vendors
- Resolve service gaps, complaints & operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, health & hygiene regulations
- Monitor vendor performance, service levels & cost control
- Report housekeeping performance updates to management
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
- Prior experience in housekeeping, facilities or hospitality operations
- Experience managing outsourced vendors
- Background in hotels, serviced apartments, co-living, co-working or property management
- Strong understanding of cleanliness standards & quality control
- Organised & able to manage multiple sites
- Hands-on, detail-oriented & solution-focused
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
