HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee daily housekeeping and cleaning operations.
• Plan and coordinate manpower deployment according to operational requirements and cleaning schedules.
• Monitor cleaners attendance, punctuality and daily deployment.
• Ensure cleaning duties are properly assigned and completed according to required standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure cleanliness and service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with supervisors and cleaning teams to address operational issues promptly.
• Monitor manpower shortages and arrange deployment to cover operational needs.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and coaching to cleaning staff.
• Handle customer/site feedback and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain daily operational records, attendance and deployment reports.
• Support housekeeping supervisors in managing daily operations and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, workplace safety requirements and airport regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning operations, facilities management or a related field.
• Experience in manpower deployment and cleaning operations will be an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage a team of cleaners and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment, including shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
• Basic computer skills for attendance, deployment and reporting.
• Candidates with airport cleaning or facilities management experience are encouraged to apply.
