To maintain the highest standard of room and public area cleanliness and appearance, guest service
To be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness in the Housekeeping Department and Public Area cleaning.
To make up beds and conduct room tidiness inspection
To maximize cost-effectiveness whilst maintaining the highest possible level of service to the guests of the Hotel and the highest level of productivity.
To handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests of the Hotel.
Perform any other duties as and when required by Management.
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday when necessary.
