Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the assigned residence or facility to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Manage household budgets, expenses, and inventories, ensuring cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and special projects.
- Plan and coordinate events, gatherings, and special occasions as required by the company or residents.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the premises.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Report regularly to management on household operations, issues, and improvements.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role in a residential or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of household systems, maintenance, and best practices.
- Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required.
