Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

• Basic up to $3000 Entitled to Meal Allowance, OT, VB

• 6-day work week

• Rotating shift, morning or noon session

• Katong

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide Room Attendants to uphold high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas.

• Conduct routine inspections of cleaning equipment and machinery to ensure they are in proper working condition.

• Carry out guest room and public area inspections using standardized checklists across all room types and service areas.

• Plan, prioritize, and assign room tasks effectively to ensure timely and efficient room turnover.

• Lead daily staff briefings and maintain clear, effective communication within the housekeeping team.

• Ensure Lost & Found items are managed in accordance with established SOPs and that floor pantries are well-stocked with necessary supplies.

• Report maintenance and repair issues within assigned areas promptly to the Housekeeper.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work processes by coaching junior staff and new hires on required standards.

• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors in a professional and diligent manner.
