Job Summary

You will prepare and maintain guest rooms to high cleanliness and comfort standards, respond to guest requests, and report maintenance issues to ensure a welcoming and flawless stay experience.

Responsibilities

Make up guest rooms daily to ensure cleanliness and comfort
Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms or upon guest request
Remove trash, dirty linens, and towels promptly to maintain hygiene
Greet guests warmly and respond to their requests efficiently
Dust, polish surfaces, and remove stains to uphold room standards
Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties to maintain cleanliness
Report lost and found items promptly to reception for proper handling
Notify Housekeeping Manager of any defects requiring repair or rectification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping role preferred but not required
Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of basic cleaning and hygiene standards
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Team player with effective interpersonal communication skills
