Job Description
- Business Strategy & Revenue Management: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, lead budgeting processes, and manage full P&L accountability to achieve revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of hotel and resort operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Administration. Continuously improve service standards and optimize operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Organization Management & Talent Development: Lead a large, diverse workforce with a strong focus on compliance, teamwork, and operational discipline. Recruit, develop, and mentor department heads and team members to build future leadership talent.
- Innovation & Cultural Transformation: Drive modernization and introduce creative ideas to evolve traditional corporate culture and enhance organizational agility.
- CAPEX: Plan, manage, and execute upgrading projects, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic and financial objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, owners, and key stakeholders. Handle external negotiations to ensure smooth and sustainable business operations.
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive experience as a General Manager or Area Manager in a similar function
- Proven track record of full P&L ownership and delivering sustainable financial performance.
- Advanced financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English
- Flexibility to relocate within Asia
