Job brief
We are looking for a Fulltime management trainee, to assist us as we open our newest outlet in Chinatown, Singapore. As a management trainee, you&aposll grow in your leadership and operations prowess, while having the time of your life in a unique and fun environment. After all, we&aposre a Backpacker Hostel, so of course you&aposll meeting people from all over the world.
Responsibilities
- Front desk duties: check in, check out, communicate professionally, hold a conversation, handle admin, etc.
- Operations: Ensure smooth running of the hostels, which includes handling guests, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
- Revenue management: Ensure pricing and occupancy levels are healthy and competitive.
- Accounts, administration, and customer service: As a management trainee, we will work with your strengths and gradually expose you to work on these areas.
- Online presence: Managing our OTAs, website, Google and TripAdvisor reviews etc., to optimize our listings.
- Strategy: Working with the team to think and work through social media, content, graphic design, community engagement, collaborations etc.
Requirements
- Desire/openness to work in a Backpacker Hostel environment.
- Related experiences will be a plus.

- Expected salary: $2500-3200. (Negotiable)
