Hospitality Interior Designer (In-house)

Responsibilities:
. Lead the full design process from concept through to completion with a strong emphasis on spatial planning and furnishings for in-house Hospitality projects.
. Translate designs into drawings, layouts and detailed documentation.
. Create FF&E concepts and presentations.
. Source and propose furniture, fixtures, equipment and accessories.
. Prepare mood boards, hand sketching, images and detailed FF&E schedules.
. Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers and consultants on sourcing and procurement.

Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
. At least 5years of relevant experience in hospitality projects
. Highly proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD and Photoshop
. Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills
