The Job :-
1. Drive and Grow the Hospital-at-home Segment for different specialties and Identify market needs & trends.
2. Create and maintain Go To Market Strategy per Segment
- Product Market Fit
- Target customer/market
- Competition analysis
- Pricing & Biz Model
- Sales strategy
3. Define a set of metrics and KPI necessary for management of Segments
4. Lead the direction of the product roadmap per segment, design the framework and detailed program together with internal stakeholders
5. Support the sales & marketing team in partnering with organizations in increasing the adoption of the above services and to grow the pipeline for Hospital-at-home revenue
6. Drive partnerships and new channel with external providers and allied health.
The Person :-
1. Degree qualified with minimum of 5-8 years of healthcare management experience in hospital setting
2. A great communicator, big picture person with flawless execution mindset, systematic mindset, proven positive work relationship with the hospitals administration
