Leading the team and responsible in all aspects of Landscape matters (Turf, Horti & Arbor), including projects development work.
Managing Landscape Maintenance operation which comprises of effective deployment and management of workforce and resources for maintenance and plant change or festive event display change.
Responsible for the overall plant health management for diverse landscape management eg. waterbodies, greenwall, moss scape, irrigation system, etc.
Responsible for maintaining of proper documentation, applications, records and all relevant reports submission for smooth work operation.
Work closely with various stakeholders and ensure safety compliance on site, performance standards, schedule and cost budget.
Attending meeting and site inspections with client to achieve the desired service and quality standards
Preparation of quotations, design proposals and attending to customers feedback.
You will require a high level of decision making and project management skills. You should demonstrate advanced knowledge in both Arboriculture and Horticulture fields, with broad knowledge in chemicals and applications.
Coupled with vast knowledge and experience, you will deliver excellent results and revenue to the organization.
Job Requirement
Diploma in horticulture / Landscape Architecture and above, Higher NITEC/ Advanced WSQ in Landscape Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of related industry experiences
Knowledge in Plants and Trees Identification is critical in this role.
Good communication, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Committed to work in meeting deadline.
Pro-active working attitude with eye for details and artistic flair.
Practical experience in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Photoshop, Sketch up, etc will be value-added.
