Achieve personal and team sales targets across assigned channels and dealers.
Formulate, develop, and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies to drive revenue growth.
Plan and support channel sales activities and events including but not limited to in-store promotions, brand fairs, roadshows, in-house sales activities and etc.
Evaluate performance and effectiveness of sales campaigns.
Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
Manage and support B2B sales projects and tenders.
Manage stock allocation for channels and dealers.
Forecast incoming stock requirements based on sales trends and plans.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure healthy stock levels.
Manage promoters in alignment with company direction, focus models, promotions, and deals.
Cover and manage responsibilities of other Sales Executive during their absence.
Liaison with various departments and stakeholders to resolve sales, operational, or logistics issues.
Preparation of documentations including but not limited to Credit Notes (CN) for support and promotions, trading term rebates, Agent delivery coordination, Logistics-related matters, Sales planning and etc.
Min Diploma in Business, Marketing, or similar discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or channel sales.
Experience in consumer electronics is a Plus
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management.
Meticulous, Pro-active and sales-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
