Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead and manage subcontracting, procurement, and contract administration activities across EPC and offshore projects. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant execution of supply chain operations, while driving commercial value and supporting project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Subcontract Management (Primary Focus)

Lead the full lifecycle of subcontracting activities from pre-award to post-award

Develop subcontracting strategies aligned with project execution plans

Oversee subcontractor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and award

Manage subcontractor performance, including progress, compliance, and deliverables

Handle variations, claims, and dispute resolution with subcontractors

Ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and commercial objectives

2. Procurement Management (Secondary Focus)

Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, tendering, and award

Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements

3. Contract Administration (Support Function)

Oversee contract administration for vendors and subcontractors

Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and governance of all contracts

Manage contractual risks, including claims, variations, and dispute resolution

Support project teams in contract interpretation and execution

4. Supply Chain Leadership & Strategy

Lead and manage supply chain teams across subcontracting, procurement, and contracts

Drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives

Establish best practices, systems, and processes across the supply chain function

5. EPC Project Support

Collaborate closely with engineering, project, and construction teams

Ensure timely availability of subcontractors, materials, and services

Support execution of EPC / FPSO / offshore or conversion projects

6. Cost Control & Risk Management

Drive cost optimization initiatives across subcontracting and procurement

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including market and contractor risks

Ensure strong commercial governance and transparency

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in supply chain within EPC / Oil & Gas / Marine / Offshore industries

Strong and proven experience in:Subcontract management (mandatory and primary expertise)Procurement and strategic sourcingContract administration

Solid understanding of EPC project lifecycle and execution

Experience in FPSO / offshore / conversion projects is highly preferred

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
