Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible to provide sales support to Insurance Brokers.
Job description
- Provide sales support to Insurance Brokers
- Collaborate with Insurance Brokers and Bankers to arrange medical appointments, prepare documentation and financial documentation and KYC requirements.
- Prepare customized PowerPoint presentations and product comparisons for client meetings.
- Liaise with Bankers and clients for meetings, medical arrangements, application documentations and policy delivery.
- Submission of application documentation
- Update Insurance Brokers on the pipelines and case progress, ensuring all sales meetings are recorded in the system.
- Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and insurance company due diligence standards.
- Manage all assigned cases through to completion, including follow-ups and negotiations with insurers and underwriters.
- Collaborate with Insurance Broker and the Client Servicing team to ensure timely preparation and completion of annual reviews.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as Case Manager
- Familiar with life insurance products and concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under deadlines.
