Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team in managing new business opportunities and progressing insurance cases.
• Coordinate with insurance providers on policy applications, underwriting requirements and case follow-ups.
• Ensure application forms, supporting documents and policy records are accurately prepared and maintained.
• Support the sales process by coordinating medical appointments, client documentation, logistics and other pre-issuance requirements.
• Prepare policy documentation and assist with post-submission matters, including client requests and reimbursement-related matters.
• Serve as a key point of contact for advisers, clients, insurers and internal stakeholders, responding to queries and following up on outstanding matters.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure applications move smoothly from initial submission through to policy issuance.
• Keep updated on insurance products, services and relevant banking processes through ongoing training and industry learning.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and contribute to the enhancement of internal processes.

Requirements

• Diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in the insurance, wealth management or financial services industry.
• Prior experience in new business processing, case management is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders and following up on time-sensitive requirements.
