RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Manage day-to-day branch sales and operations.

. Achieve outlet monthly target

. Manage multiple outlets

. Motivate and manage a team of customer service, consultants and therapists to achieve their goals

. Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction

. Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers needs

. Provide sales training and skill training

. Build and establish relationship with customers

. Handle customers feedback and provide service recovery where necessary

. Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching

. Other ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

. Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service

. positive attitude

. At least 2 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/wellness industry

. Able to lead and mentor a team

. Good communications and strong interpersonal skills

. Result driven and service oriented

. Willing to work retail hours

Work hours:

. Weekday 11am-9pm weekends and PH 10am-7pm

.6 days off
