Job Summary
Looking for a part-time/full-time optician with experience and certification to support retail sales, dispense eyewear, and perform refraction in a well-established shop with 40 years of presence. Work 5 days a week, 9 hours per day, with commission.
Responsibilities
- Support retail sales by assisting customers in selecting eyewear products to meet their needs
- Dispense prescribed eyewear accurately to customers following prescriptions
- Perform refraction tests in the shop to assess customers vision and recommend appropriate lenses
- Commit to working 9-hour shifts, 5 days per week, including at least one weekday and one weekend day for part-time roles
- Maintain professional service standards in a well-established optical retail environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess relevant optician certification and experience to perform dispensing and refraction duties
