Your work

Strong understanding of the Wholesale Credit & Lending domain. Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end Wholesale Credit lifecycle and customer journey.
Good understanding of various components within Credit & Lending processes and systems.
Proven experience in business and digital transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of Internal Rating models, including calculation methodologies and customer rating assignment processes.
Drive projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
Work within Agile frameworks to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Demonstrate excellent business analysis capabilities, including BRD, FRD, and Agile requirements management.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work independently as well as effectively within cross-functional teams.

Key skills Required

8-14 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking, Credit, or Lending domain.
Hands-on experience in Wholesale Banking, Credit Risk, and Lending transformation programs.
Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
