Electrical Company require a High-Tension (HT) Switchboard Service Technician
What you'll be doing
- Perform scheduled maintenance, testing and inspections on HT switchboards
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair faults in HT switchboard systems
- Install and commission new HT switchboards and associated equipment
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work carried out
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- Extensive experience (minimum 2 years) in the maintenance and servicing of high-tension electrical equipment
- Strong technical knowledge of HT switchboard systems, including circuit breakers, transformers and control systems
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
