The Singapore Floorball Association (SFA) is a National Sports Association and a member of the Singapore National Olympic Council. SFA develops and manages Floorball nationally, promoting participation and opportunities for all ages.

Job Summary

The Executive (High Performance) supports the Technical Director and General Manager by coordinating national team programmes, managing competition logistics, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining athlete records to drive the development of SFA's high-performance system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the high-performance calendar to deliver national team programmes, training camps, competitions, and friendly matches effectively
• Manage competition entries, travel arrangements, accommodation, accreditation, and approval submissions to ensure smooth participation
• Liaise with coaches, athletes, team managers, SportSG, MOE, and overseas partners to facilitate communication and collaboration
• Support programme budgeting, talent identification, spexCarding applications, and SportSync submissions to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate athlete records, meeting minutes, and progress reports to track performance and compliance
• Explore sponsorship and partnership opportunities to support SFA events and growth initiatives
• Submit athlete information and team lists within deadlines consistently without extensions
• Prepare and submit overseas travel proposals for approval at least three months before departure to ensure timely planning
• Conduct visits to national training centres at least once every two weeks to monitor programme progress
• Perform equipment and asset stocktakes every six months to maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain accurate meeting records and provide timely updates on national and youth teams to stakeholders
