The HNW Professional Development Lead is a strategic role responsible for creating, developing, and executing the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Program for the group. You will play a critical role in shaping the learning and development programs that elevate both individual growth and organizational-wide performance. This role will report into our Group Head of HNW.
- Build the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Program to support Great Eastern Distribution HNW Sales Leaders in their professional development.
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify leadership and sales capability gaps and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Establish and cultivate partnerships with leading industry and academic institutes in the design and execution of key programs to support the business strategy for the HNW segment.
- Champion a growth mindset and drive a culture of continuous learning and capability building, equipping teams to thrive in a rapidly changing market.
- Engage key stakeholders to secure commitment for learning initiatives and drive learning agendas, roadmaps, or strategic programs
- Degree holder with 10+ years of Learning & Development experience in sales training, professional training and coaching, including prior experience focusing on HNW or luxury client segments.
- Experience in change management, designing and delivering key learning projects or programmes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of HNW client needs, including Wealth Management, Trust, Family Office, Insurance and Private Banking.
- Background in leadership/OD consulting would be advantageous.
- Agile to be both strategic and conceptual, as well as tactical and hands-on. Not afraid to roll up sleeves
